Rivers Edge Clubhouse

Part of a multi-tenant housing facility for students, the Clubhouse functions as it's business and social heart.  We designed this clubhouse to have an open, airy, and welcoming feel.  It contains leasing offices, study rooms, a fitness area, and lounge space.
